THE MERAKI STORY
Past, Present, and Future
Our story began decades ago when my family immigrated to the United States in search of the American Dream. My Mother was a small business owner that made a living making tailored clothing for men and women locally and internationally. As a child, I modeled her clothing line in fashion shows, never knowing that one day I would follow in her footsteps and have a line of my own.
When I finished college in the U.S, I fell into a life of mediocrity. I knew I was meant to do greater things. I decided to leave my old life behind, put everything on the line, and pursue my passion. Inspired by my two best friends, in 2015, I set out on my journey to live my MERAKI and our company was born.
As MERAKI ALLURE began its journey as a brand, I too began a journey of growth and personal development. Overcoming personal challenges, thus, began a passionate affair that embraced my greater self. I grow more grateful every day for the sacrifices of my mother and my ability to honor our entire family.
